Step 1: Express your interest

Ready to start your Beyond Recipes journey? The first step is simple: complete our expression of interest form. This helps us understand your needs and preferences so we can tailor the best experience for you. It's quick, easy, and the beginning of something delicious!

Note: you'll need a google email to complete the form. If you don't have gmail  email us  and we'll work out an alternative method.

Step 2: Your personalised meet and greet

After receiving your expression of interest, we'll arrange a 1-hour meet and greet. This is a relaxed and friendly chat where you can tell us how we can best support you. We want to understand your goals and aspirations; any allergies, your food preferences; strengths, interests and support requirements. We'll provide a service agreement with additional important information. No need to bring anything special to your Beyond Recipes sessions, just yourself and your enthusiasm!

Step 3: Dive into learning and fun

Once we've understood your needs, it's time for the fun to begin! Be open to learning something new and simply enjoy the process. You'll be supported by professionals with many years of experience in cooking and supporting neurodivergent people. We're committed to making each session engaging and empowering.

Joining Beyond Recipes. Skills for Life offers more than just cooking lessons. You'll discover it may be possible to use your NDIS funding for sessions and gain the flexibility to stop with just one week's notice. You'll build capacity around preparing food, enhance your understanding of budgeting, create your own recipe book, and choose what you want to cook. All while being supported by experienced professionals who truly care.
